Everything you need to know about agents, subagents, squads, and integrations.
Agentic is the no-code, model-agnostic platform for building your AI workforce. You connect your tools (WhatsApp, Gmail, Calendar, your CRM, and more), describe the task in plain language, and your agents classify, decide, and act — with every action logged so you always know what happened.
No. Agentic is built with a visual no-code canvas: drag blocks, connect conditions and actions, no code required. If your case needs more advanced logic, you can also use webhooks or custom HTTPS actions.
From your dashboard, select "New agent", choose the task it will handle (e.g. replying on WhatsApp or booking appointments), connect the channel and integration it needs, and test the agent on real cases before turning it on in production.
An agent is an AI worker configured for a specific task in your business — sales, support, scheduling, collections — with its own logic, memory, and permissions. Think of it as a specialized employee that operates within the boundaries you define.
A subagent is a smaller, specialized agent that a parent agent delegates specific tasks to. For example, your support agent can hand off billing questions to a subagent trained only on that topic, keeping each role focused and more accurate.
From an existing agent's settings, select "Add subagent", define its specific task and the conditions under which the parent agent should hand off work to it. The subagent inherits only the integrations you explicitly enable for it.
An agent can operate independently and be the entry point for a conversation or process; a subagent lives within a parent agent's structure and only acts when that agent hands it a specific task.
The Free plan includes 1 agent, Basic includes 3, Growth includes 10, and Agency and Enterprise include unlimited agents. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
A squad is a team of agents (and their subagents) working together toward a shared goal — for example, an "Onboarding" squad where one agent books the call, another prepares the contract, and another follows up post-sale, all coordinated within the same flow.
Use one when a process has several stages or needs different skills that shouldn't be mixed into a single agent — for example, sales + support + billing. A squad splits the responsibility without losing visibility of the overall process.
Yes. Agents in a squad can pass context and hand off the conversation between each other based on rules you define, so the customer never has to repeat information.
From the integrations hub in your dashboard, search for the tool you want to connect and follow the authorization flow (OAuth, API key, or webhook, depending on the case). If your tool exposes an API, an MCP server, HTTPS actions, or webhooks, Agentic can operate it.
Go to Settings → Integrations, select the tool you want to disconnect, and confirm. Disconnection is instant and revokes access immediately — no agent will be able to use that tool afterward.
Agentic stops accessing that tool immediately. Data it already processed (like a saved summary or a conversation log) remains in your account unless you delete it manually; no access token is retained after disconnecting.
Reach out to us — if it has an API, an MCP server, HTTPS actions, or webhooks, we can usually connect it. For legacy portals with no API at all, we offer supervised browser automation as an alternative.
BYOK means connecting your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or another provider, instead of using Agentic's shared access. It gives you direct control over cost, usage limits, and exactly which model processes your data.
No. Your information is used only to operate the features you activated — it is never used to train third-party AI models.
All credentials and data are encrypted end-to-end, in transit and at rest. You can revoke access to any account or tool in one click, at any time, and agents only access what you explicitly connect and authorize.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. The change applies immediately and billing is prorated for the remainder of your cycle.
We'll notify you before you hit the limit. If you exceed it, you can keep operating by paying for the extra conversations or agents, or upgrade your plan to include more capacity.
Yes, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan. Contact support and we'll process it, no questions asked.
You can email us at [email protected], or use the in-app support chat if you're on a Growth plan or higher (priority support).
